Meet The Team
Andy began his hairdressing career at Andrew Collinge, where he remained for 15 years before working internationally in a busy Sydney based salon, Ardino's. Whilst working at Andrew Collinge, Andy rose through the ranks to become part of the Artistic Team and later took on the responsibility of Assistant Manager at AC Graduates Training Salon, teaching junior stylists. On his return to the UK, Andrew worked in a busy salon in the suburb of Liverpool, before joining Callaghan's in Warrington. After 8 year's building up a clientele, Andrew has now partnered with Paul Kemp to fulfil an ambition of running his own successful salon.
Paul's career started at Callaghan's where he spent 14 years learning from the best hair stylists trained by the likes of Vidal Sassoon, Toni&Guy and Andrew Collinge. He then left to start his own business with a well known company, Jakata, which was, and still is, a huge success. Paul parted ways and headed back to his roots, Callaghan's, spending a further 2 years before once again, going it alone. Kemps Hair Salon became a huge success in just one year, growing from one, to a 6 strong team. Ever keen to grow, he joined forces with Andy Collins, his good friend of 3 years and now, business partner. Paul is Warrington's busiest stylist and prides himself on his professionalism, warmth and innate ability to know what is best for his clients.
Phil began his training at Callaghan's in 2001, before moving on to hone his skills in Jakata & Paul Kemp Hairdressing. After building expertise in all areas of hairdressing, Phill moved to Liverpool, and joined forces with his father and opened two successful salons; Mark Philip Ryan Hairdressing and Buffalo Phill's Barber Shop. Having recently relocated to Knutsford with his family, Kemp & Collins Hairdressing have been lucky enough to welcome Phill back to his Sankey Street roots and are benefitting from his 15 years experience. Phill welcomes new and existing clients to his new salon environment.
